"I just wanted to comment on a recent maintenance service and the housing sponsored safety day. I was having issues with a smell from my entryway closet because the last tenant kept their cat's litterbbox and the cat trapped in there. Needless to say whenever it was humid a musty smell would surface. Westover housing, did their best to try to absorb the smell and due to its still lingereing, they painted and resanded/sealed the floor.
This was well above and beyond what they could have done and I was very grateful for their prompt and courteous service. Since my mhusband and I have arrived they have been nothing but courteous and have helped us with any housing problem whenever we have asked. You could not ask for more. " |
